CRYPTO TAX QUESTION for ANY/ALL Aussie! 🇦🇺

If I buy USDC on Coinbase, withdraw it to my Phantom/Metamask wallet (confirming it's mine under the new ATO Travel Rule), and then:
1. Transfer USDC to a friend’s wallet (like a bank transfer)
2. Use that USDC to pay for a Grab/Uber while holidaying in Singapore for exmaple

Does the ATO treat BOTH as a taxable CGT event (like I’m selling a fractional Tesla stock)?

And if so (point 2), if we owe CGT on every micro-payment (such as a coffee, uber transaction..), why would we use it AND why would any Aussie business adopt stablecoin payments??
Is my understanding correct/incorrect? Looking for clarity..
