@HomeAffairsSA how do I get past a “NPR Schema Verification failure or no response from NPR” error when pressing submit on passport/ID application? Then application just sits there with no further option to do anything? Tried different browsers, same issue.
@Vodacom internet fibre died during the night, call Vodacom, “your activation has fallen off the system, we’ll need to recreate your order” at a substantial price increase and speed decrease of course. WTF! How does an activation fall off the system? Time to find a new provider
@VodaPay why do notifications in Vodapay not self delete? I’ve got 500 notifications, going back to 2022, all of which have expired. Only option seems to be to delete them one by one 🤪
@EasyEquities why are “thrive” penalties deducted from TFSA?? You know you can’t contribute more than the limit per year, right? So the stupid fee is now a permanent deduction in the TFSA value going forward. I have EE ZAR and EE USD accounts. Deduct there!!!
@CityPowerJhb how do we get a faulty meter fixed? After calling call centre, Had three teams out, still no fix, only threats of disconnections. Online fault reporting says meter and account number invalid. Now call centre says to go to depot?
@VodaPayCare unlike the “my vodacom” app, In the vodapay app, even if I change the phone number in the Home Screen of the app, when I click daily unlock, I always go through to the first phone number. How do I do the “daily unlock” for the second number using the new app?

@CityPowerJhb how do I cancel a fault? Reported it as area when it’s only our house, and now site will not let me report accurate fault. Not surprising - after 20 minutes waiting for call centre, call just drops.
