Am totally and completely confused ๐ and worried

@MartinSLewis I have smart meters both gas & electric with British Gas had both had worked now for over a year, trying to complain to them is a nightmare. Just want my situation resolved
@BritishGas absolutely shocking customer service! My complaint has been going on for over a year now, Been let down constantly 2 engineers No shows & after a 45-60min on hold waiting to speck to someone, get told there was no appointment made, so they hang up! DISGRACEFUL!
