Up to just 15 (fifteen) minutes before the scheduled departure of the bus, you can change your departure time or day of travel (or cancel altogether) and claim a voucher for the fare (less cancelation fees), which can be used for a future booking. However, after this threshold has passed, the unused ticket has no value. We hope to welcome you onboard again soon. /DH
