School run over ride with anxiety hot sweaty heart rate sky high sitting in car along chest pain do I call 999 or is this just my anxiety drs says if you feel it call them felt ok ish again home again relaxing well trying yep chest plays up again just over the tv I will get there

For bloods to see if anything else causing issues driving back stuck in traffic heart beating like there’s no tomorrow get home feeling ok ish decided I would be ok to cut the grass big mistake absolutely knackered now heart rate through the roof but managed to keep calm

My day today living with severe anxiety. Getting up do I have to oh yes got to get child to school time to go to bus stop bus late heart palpitations feeling sick walking home chest pains as up hill home again time to sit and take more tablets get ready to go to pharmacy and drs
