Just made a welcome return to @FloatLevel in Manchester for the first time since the pandemic hit. If you've never done a floatation tank before, would definitely recommend, esp. if you've back/muscle probs. Will sleep easier tonight, definitely!
@Cinderellimouse Thanks so much for your kind words and so glad you enjoyed your first session… the second one is even better… fewer nerves, easier to settle, deeper experience! 👌
@lisaspeaks It’s of course disappointing when these things happen and I was hoping to explain and resolve this over email as that allows for a more considered reply rather than just responding to public tweets about my business which are not correct.
@lisaspeaks That is correct. You create the calendar entry from the confirmation email or the confirmation screen for the appointment in question. Again and for the last time, you changed ONE of those appointments to 3pm and then created the calendar entry from that ONE appointment.
@lisaspeaks The writing is the same size as the body text. This appears to be a calendar entry you created for that one appt you changed into which you then added your husband. Again, this will all be explained in the email when I have the opportunity to write it.
@lisaspeaks Your mistake was only evident once you did not arrive for your 1:30pm appointment. Lots of couples split their appointments to look after children for example so prior to 1:30pm, nothing was amiss as far as we could tell. Please allow me to explain all this in the email.
@lisaspeaks Hi Lisa, as per my last message, confirmation and reminder emails as well as text messages are sent to confirm the times of your appointments. These are intended to assure you of your actions and help you spot any issues with the bookings you have made.
Mother's Day is nearly upon us so let Mum take the weight off and get some deep relaxation in one of our spacious pods! Our single float voucher is on offer for just £25 and is valid for a year so don't miss out... you could even get one for yourself too!
