I'd rather push this flawed person towards growth for the sake of the other lives they may touch in the future and the future actions they will take, than to deny kindness because I'm angry
In sense of believing that someone who has been flawed for a long time can't come to realize that flaw and make a change. That you can still be kind without forgiving. Even if it's too late for you, there's other people they affect and (1/2)
@razzykcal One more thing I thought of: If she struggles with being overstimulated by noise and uses background noise-cancelling ear plugs like loops, she could ask to be able to have those in for an accommodation if that applies
@razzykcal What's really helped me is being honest to management/coworkers from the get-go about anything that might affect communication between your gf and the rest of the staff. For example, I forget to make facial expressions sometimes and that's something I mentioned
There's so much that got thrown on my shoulders after my loved one passed. Tell me why I have to mediate between his friends and his family on top of everything else? Honestly, his family did things that hurt him, but why are they the only reasonable and kind ones right now?
@razzykcal If your gf gets nervous about not doing something the exact way someone wants like I do, I often ask questions like this: "Is there a specific way you do this that you can walk me through?" Or "Can you show me one time how you do this so I can take notes?"
@neocollector Lots of great suggestions here already. I'm not sure what you have access to, but if you have an asian grocery, things like amaranth and mizuna greens are really tasty. They are leafy though so they don't have the longest life

Another loved one lost to this stupid disorder. Please take care of yourselves as best you can, everyone. Even if you're not at a point to choose recovery, harm reduction is better than nothing.
