@bookouture @AlisonLMercer this book will have you crying and hopeful all at the same time. I couldn't put it down and was just full of emotion throughout.. this is family drama written by Ali Mercer at its best full of heartbreak but also strength.

@bookouture wow. Just finished 'orphans of Amsterdam' . What a read. The story of a nursery in Amsterdam while Germans trt horrendous attempts to rid the city of all Jews. The staff and silent supporters courage to save as many children as they could shine through. Sobbed!

@bookouture This book had me from the very first page. The courage of the main character was outstanding. If you only read one book of historical fiction. Make it this one. Excellent

@bookouture loved the Boy in the Attic. This is a brilliant read. Love, intrigue , suspense and twist and turns. Based in 2 time zones but it was easy to read and follow.. I am going to look for more books by Imogen Matthews. She could be my new favourite author.
