leaving bmi 14s and slowly going back to normal weight made me realized something. i never got compliments when i was bmi 14. i was lifeless and dead. i started recovering and look, people tell me that "you look so happy now!" "you're filled with energy nowadays" and many more.
FUCKKK I JUST FINISHED A JAR OF PEANUT BUTTER. I WAS WATCHING A MOVIE AND I DIDNT EVEN REALIZE. I was eating it with crackers too. when will my day get any better
@evynotpois0n my life was balanced back then. i could control myself, although i was very miserable. but i was yk.. I dont know how to put this to words, but i hope u get me. i struggle alot and i dont think i can continue it. maybe one day ill of course try again, when im ready.
@evynotpois0n yeah :( i really dont think i wanna continue my recovery. its just making me more lazy. i was way more disciplined back the, maybe it was right that recovery doesnt work w/ everyone. idk where i went wrong, the first days of my recovery it was fine tf happened now
@indigo_blueeer thank you. extreme hunger is seriously not for the weak 😕 ive been honoring it, but not constantly. there are days where i restrict and i end up eating everything then the cycle continues. its like im falling back again but in a different way. i restrict, binge, repeat.
@evynotpois0n thank you evy. most cases, its really extreme hunger. im still prone to restricting, im trying day by day to avoid restriction. i adapted new hobbies but, i cant stop thinking about food. its so annoying :( i just end up eating
ive been working out, but in a healthy way. its not for compensation or compulsive. i eat a good amount of food everyday, more than the usual actually 🙂... im at a healthy bmi now and i made a huge change with myself. proud and loud
