Most AI agents don't fail because the model is weak.

They fail because we expect one agent to do everything.

The biggest upgrade I made wasn't switching models.

It was splitting responsibilities:

• Planner → decides what to do
• Researcher → gathers context
• Executor → takes action
• Reviewer → catches mistakes

Smaller roles.
Cleaner prompts.
Far better results.

@taha_builds @higgsfield_ai have a a look. @higgsfield cooked massive with this feature. Their Supercomputer is basically an Hermes agent with an outstanding skillset. Hard to achieve same production quality with Claude + MCP.
