The thing is, we learn through our relationship with others, from childhood into adulthood. You can continue to learn how to love yourself as you learn to love another. 💕
Psychologists showed people THEIR OWN BEHAVIOURS but pretended that they were the behaviours of some other person.
When asked, the participants reliably said that they were less racist than that other person.

Most mental health services which serve people on Medicaid, Medicare & insurance operate on a very low margin.
Many in fact lose money for services due to lack of parity in payment vs. physical health (which is why there is so much turnover in our industry).
We must do better.
