Reorient the economy. Produce for human need, not investor demand. Work should be meaningful, not extractive. Growth should be measured by well-being, not GDP. It’s not utopian, it’s materially possible. Tech & resources exist. We lack political will. That's a class problem.
If you made the average annual income in the U.S. ($49,041) and it would cost you $33 to end world hunger, would you do it?
Elon Musk has $880 billion. That's exactly what $6 billion is to him.
He didn't do it.
Remember when Elon Musk claimed he would end world hunger so the UN actually reached out to him with a budget proposal of $6 billion which is nothing to him and he never ended up doing it. It would have ended starvation for over 42 million people. He then claimed it wouldn’t end world hunger and asked for proof which they gave him but he still didn’t do it.
China produces 48% to 50% of the world’s tea, 28% of the world’s rice, 24% potatoes, 50% apples, 50% all vegetables, 40% all peanuts in the world.
Who built this MASSIVE FARMING SYSTEM?
Not Ayn Rand, idiots.
Famines happened all the time prior to the Communists.
We are victims of this system every single one of us.
They have deformed and manipulated everything natural into twisted mini me versions of them.
Some break out of the programming the majority do not and just go along with it.
Nicaraguan co-president Daniel Ortega’s remarks at July 19th celebrations in Managua have been purposely taken out of context and have been mistranslated and the international media is running wild.
“They will never see another election where they can attempt to seize power by cheating their way into government.”
In his address, Daniel warned that the country’s institutions will take measures to prevent political parties—which have been involved in recent violent acts aimed at inciting sedition, with political and financial backing from the United States—from undermining national peace.
His comments weren’t directed at the Nicaraguan people nor in reference to their constitutional right to vote. He was referring to those who have promoted sanctions, foreign interference and acts that undermine the sovereignty and peace of Nicaragua.
65% of Americans support Medicare for All that would “replace most private insurance plans” and corporate Dems’ new think tank @SearchlightInst is announcing their faction’s opposition ahead of the midterm elections
it is impossible to overstate how much the DC elite who run the Democratic Party truly hate you
On 23 July 1921, thirteen delegates gathered in a house in Shanghai's French Concession and founded the Communist Party of China. Two others in the room weren't Chinese — they had been sent from Moscow. A thread on how the party was built, and who built it. 🧵
The govt spends FAR more on tax breaks for the wealthy than on undocumented immigrants, welfare, foreign aid combined. Your narrative distracts from the much larger upward redistribution of wealth happening through the tax code.

@YourAnonNews I feel the same way as a conservative. The only difference is I don’t blame the billionaires for 55% of my income going to taxes and health insurance, I blame the trillions of dollars in free handouts that democrats gave to illegal aliens, welfare and fraud thru NGOs
They keep asking why people are angry.
Because we work harder, pay more, own less and watch politicians hand our future to billionaires and bomb manufacturers.
That clear enough?
Gaza was livestreamed.
That sentence should have ended the world as we know it.
A genocide, documented in real time, filmed by its victims, uploaded from phones in rubble, available to anyone on Earth with an internet connection, watched by hundreds of millions of people while it was happening.
And the governments of the world's self-described democracies continued to supply the weapons.
And the platforms continued to suppress the content.
And the people continued to scroll.
And the weapons continued to arrive.
We live in the first era of human history where it is possible to watch, in real time, the killing of a people, to see their faces, to hear their voices, to watch the moment the building falls, and for all that visibility to produce almost nothing.
Almost nothing.
No Nuremberg.
No intervention.
Hashtags. Protests that were permitted and then ignored. A ceasefire resolution vetoed. More weapons authorized.
If visibility alone could stop power, Gaza would have stopped it.
It didn't.
Which means we need to stop telling ourselves that awareness is the same as action.
That sharing is the same as solidarity.
That witnessing, even anguished witnessing, even enraged witnessing, is, by itself, a political act.
It is not.
The empire has made peace with being watched.
It has made peace with your outrage.
It factored your outrage into the plan.
And then it dropped the bomb anyway.
@Yugopnik As per usual, wanting free healthcare and housing for all = genocide and ethnostate.
To be fair, in the eyes of a liberal, planned economies are basically a "genocide" to liberal exploitation.
Fascism is just capitalism in decay. The people start to realize capitalism isn’t working for them and rise up. Fascism is the attempt to repress the people.
This is a great self report because you can't be an anti fascist without being an anti Capitalist btw. Capitalist dysfunction and contradiction leads to fascism - it's the primary cause - hence being "neutral" on capitalism but against fascism is the same thing as being pro smoking but anti lung cancer - it's idiotic. That's why liberals, like the ones posting stuff like this - are either insufficiently educated or fascists in waiting. There is no third way.
