often the messaging is “doing for others is always right and self preservation is selfish and therefore bad” granted i haven’t reread lostbelts and i feel like that theme should be examined there but i recall feeling frustrated with the story around lb5 and quitting. we’ll see

@aethwer i’ve learned over the past few years that there are levels of depression. maybe it’s because i have cptsd but this just makes me think that person has not experienced the severity of how bad depression can be. also ‘shame motivation’ will never be healthy
