BREAKING: MAGA gun nuts start the New Year screeching with rage as a California law goes into effect banning people from carrying firearms in most public places.

America just got a little bit safer and Republicans absolutely hate it...

The new law — which is currently being challenging in court — takes effect today after a federal appeals court put a temporary hold on a district's judge's block on the law.

The law is a major accomplishment by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom and prohibits people from carrying concealed guns in 26 places including public parks, playgrounds, churches, banks, and zoos.

The ban applies regardless of whether or not the person has an official permit to carry a concealed weapon. One major exception applies to privately owned businesses that hang signs informing customers that people are allowed to bring guns inside.

"This ruling will allow our common-sense gun laws to remain in place while we appeal the district court’s dangerous ruling," stated Newsom after the appeals court allowed the law to take effect. "Californians overwhelmingly support efforts to ensure that places like hospitals, libraries and children’s playgrounds remain safe and free from guns."

Thanks to Newsom, California is a little less Wild West and a lot safer.

BREAKING: Mary Trump drops a bombshell on her Uncle Donald, reveals that she delivered evidence of him defaming former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss.

These are the same workers who just won a massive $148 million defamation lawsuit against MAGA goon Rudy Giuliani for defamation.

"I have proof that shows Donald repeated the same lies Rudy Giuliani was just fined $148,000,000 for spreading," stated Mary Trump.

At a rally in Georgia, the disgraced former president showed a video that featured Freeman and Moss at a ballot processing center and then falsely accused them of preventing Trump’s victory, roping them into his Big Lie narrative.

“So if you just take the crime of what those Democrat workers were doing, and by the way there was no water-main break… that’s TEN TIMES more (votes) than I need to win this state,” said Trump.

On January 4th 2023, Trump wrote in a Truth Social post: "Don't forget that Ruby Freeman, her daughter, and all others were used out of the voter count room in Georgia because of a big 'WATER MAIN BREAK'..."

Mary Trump believes her uncle must be held accountable for his crimes.

"Lady Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss deserve every bit of justice that’s coming their way... and the perpetrators of the defamation against them, including Donald Trump, need to be held accountable," she stated. "Giuliani is already at the tail end of the 'finding out' phase—let’s make sure Donald Trump is next."

Given his escalating legal problems, Donald Trump simply can’t afford to lose a big defamation case. We hope he does.
