@AldiUK Just got home with my shopping and realised the chicken I purchased went off on 4th Jan!! Called customer service for a refund and they've said I've got to make the 40min round trip back to store for a refund. Not really fair, it'll cost me in fuel.

@SkyHelpTeam I missed most of the @Eurovision because of the issue. We had to reset our box 4 times and gave up in the end. Are you going to do anything to compensate? I'm a huge #Eurovision fan!!!

@YodelOnline where is my parcel? It was supposed to be here by 1130am when it was apparently 10 stops away. The tracking has been stuck on that ever since and the person on 'chat' said it's still on its way. What's the point in giving a 2hr window and tracking that's fictitious?

@hm_custserv Hi I was supposed to get a bonus when I reached 100 points on my membership but I've received no voucher. The app is now saying I'll get a bonus when I reach 200 points, but I've had nothing for 100 yet. How am I supposed to get the voucher? Thanks

@Barclaycard @BarclaysUKHelp what on earth is going on?! Been on hold 40 mins this morning then cut off, gave up last night after 30 and now today I'm on hold and we're up to 50 mins. Can't use chat, can't use chip & pin. I have 1 simple question but can't get any help.
