@VodafoneUK You've not answered my question. Why does it change? Surely there is a reason, otherwise I may aswell just take out a new contract rather than upgrade.

@VodafoneUK Can you explain to me why the price of a pay monthly phone goes up when I log in to do it as an upgrade rather than browsing as a new customer? Not a great incentive to stay as a customer!
