He was told if he fights in jail DEMOCRATS WOULD ARREST HIS CHURCH MEMBERS

In 2020, Ahn and his church defied Governor Gavin Newsom’s restrictions on indoor worship

I confirmed officials threatened criminal charges, up to 1 year in jail for Ahn, daily fines and arrests of attendees of his church

He was only saved by the Supreme Court

The church sued, arguing the rules were unconstitutional, claiming discriminatory against religion. The case went to the US Supreme Court which issued rulings favoring religious freedoms

Due to the Australian sex discrimination commissioners interpretation of the law women are having to:

• Go to the high court to reestablish that we are still included in the legislation that was created specifically for us
• Lesbians have to go to a tribunal for a second time to reestablish that heterosexual men are not lesbians
• A woman is being dragged through a state tribunal for saying that men who claim to be women cannot breastfeed
• Women are losing both employment & volunteer positions for asserting the *fact* that men are not women
• A woman is appealing a $95,000 fine for using publicly available information to inform people that there are men in women’s sport
• Women are being threatened with punishment if they don’t compete with the men in sport
• School aged girls are not drinking water at school - or not attending at all for the week of their period - so they don’t have to use unisex bathrooms
• Women currently & formally in prison are revealing the sexual assaults they have experienced due to men who claim to be women locked in cells with them

The current *interpretation* of Australia’s sex discrimination act - accepted by the full federal court for reasons known only to them - is not creating less discrimination. In fact, it’s creating much more. Interestingly, it’s simultaneously proving that everyone knows exactly who the women & girls actually are, because we’re the ones being punished.

Gender ideology has failed and is being rejected in almost every other country it attempted to thrive within. It has brought down the careers of many politicians who didn’t have the metaphorical balls to acknowledge reality and fix the problem. To think that Australian is any different is as ignorant as it is insane.

This is not a “culture war”, @AlboMP. It’s a war on women & girls.

I became a Chief Petitioner to END VOTE BY MAIL in Oregon. The DOR stole $35,000 out my family's bank accounts without notice, due process, or justification.

I turned around a public transportation agency (UPTD) and refused to certify an uncertifiable election. ODOT produced a false report to disparage my reputation and great work, then had Ed Diehl send it to the media. I was not given a hearing. I was not given the chance to dispute its false claims on the public record.

I called out the communist Republicans in Oregon like David Brock Smith, Ed Diehl, and others. I was informed last Friday by a Gilliam County sheriff's deputy that my drivers license was suspended for non payment of child support. I do not have an order to pay child support. I am the obligee of child support. It is blatantly illegal for the State to suspend the driver's license of an individual who does not have a child support order. The ORS is obviously clear on that.

We run our family businesses by the book. I exercise my First Amendment Right to call political balls and strikes as I see them. I used the power bestowed in me as CEO of a government agency to do the right thing on behalf of the taxpayers who paid my salary. I blew the whistle on the mass election fraud in Oregon and specifically in Douglas County.

I've done exactly what the People have needed me to do, when they needed me to do it. I've done only what should be expected by any government official who works for the taxpayers.

Yet, for doing this, my family and I have paid a massive price. The State's retribution has been incredibly devastating to our livelihood and our security. Our businesses are under constant scrutiny, we receive tax bills from the state, the county, the city that have no itemization, and regularly have money taken out of our business and personal accounts by the State and the City of Portland without notice, without justification.

But I am fighting back. My family and I have no other option but to fight back.

The legal expenses are beyond our capability to finance. Most law firms do not want to get involved for fear of the same retaliation. So, much of this I represent myself pro-se. The stress is unimaginable. Our family cannot get ahead under these conditions. But we push forward in faith that God has us.

I'm stating this publicly because you need to know the truth.

And the truth is: as Oregonians, you do not live in the United States of America. Oregon is a rogue state, operating outside the confines of the law.

You are not protected by the Constitution.

You are not protected by Oregon Statute.

My experience is in disputable proof that if you commit the "crimes" against this government, that I have willfully and honorably committed, you will pay the price that my family and I are now paying.

To those behind these attacks: I will find out who you are. I will expose you. You cannot hide from me. I will hunt you down and shine the spotlight on you for all to see. Qualified Immunity will not save you. You will face justice. I will be exonerated, completely.
