I built a *human* curated list of 67 design skills (DESIGN md) of popular UI styles that you can use with AI
💻 locally tested by humans with Opus 4.7
🎨 works with Google Stitch, Claude Design
🤖 supports SKILL md files too
💵 free and pro version also available
You can also pair these with a collection of UI prompts to build hero, pricing, and feature sections from the TypeUI website 🙌
I built a Chrome extension that helps you extract styles from any website and generate DESIGN(.)md or SKILL(.)md files
Works with Google Stitch, Claude Code, Codex etc
... and it's free!

built a comment system like Reddit for TypeUI:
- comment moderation to prevent spam
- comments ranked by likes
- replies allowed
- you can edit and it will be marked such
- deleted comments are soft deleted
a few years ago this would've taken me at least a week to implement, with AI it took me maybe 2-3 hours
Today I woke up with my project going viral on Reddit
We've been working on a new tool called TypeUI
It's a CLI that manages design skill files for agentic tools
Nowadays distribution is the most difficult part in building products
I've been sharing it in a lot of places on the internet with sporadic results
... until yesterday when I shared a humble post on the ClaudeAI subreddit
Today I woke up with 2k website visitors, over 600 upvotes and a lot of supportive people thanking us for building this resource
The lesson?
Be consistent and don't give up
Luck follows where work paves the way
we added 9 more design systems to https://t.co/B73ZIMMpts
so the total amount now is 46 💻
here's what we're working on right now:
- improved CLI usage for skill files
- public registry on github
- enhanced skill files for the pro version
- figma integration with code
My friend @zoltanszogyenyi has launched https://t.co/T00BjuXwJX.
It is a CLI coding tool that applies a consistent, beautiful design layer on top of AI-generated code.
Check it out.
New way to design websites in 2026:
1. Pick a design system you like from https://t.co/B73ZIMMpts
2. Copy-paste the skill file into your agentic tool
3. The design of your website will look like the theme you selected
4. Proceed with prompting to AI to build websites
This is how design works in 2026:
- design system specifications should be first hand written for usage for AI tools instead of humans
- prompting design directly from your terminal and let AI turn it into code
- human creativity and taste coupled with agentic generation

"npx https://t.co/B73ZIMMpts pull paper"
this command will download the design spec files for agentic tools to code in a given style
works with all major agentic coding tools like claude code, opencode, codex, cursor, etc
