This week we went to the Secret Garden, we used the Talking Ball to share what emotions we were feeling and listened to The Worry Monster Story.📚

This week we have exceeded our goal through exercise at nursery and walks in the community 🚶👏
We have been learning about the effects exercise has on our bodies and are becoming aware of changes to our heart beat before and after exercise❤️
