conversations about the treatment of certain members on here do get side-tracked a bit and treated as 'discourse' or taken advantage of by bad faith actors to 'one-up' the fans of members certain people dislike (which i won't touch on) but it's a shame that a lot of people aren't talking about how disappointing it genuinely must be for shuaibo to wake up at 4am to film such a beautiful scene for such a sentimental song, just for it to be excluded for a bunch of poorly planned aerial shots that did absolutely nothing to showcase ALL nine members equally.

This is important and needs to be said. It's getting absolutely frustrating how people keep on treating JL like he has no autonomy and freedom to speak about what he wants when every freaking day he has been honest about his feelings and how much he treasures his work and his group

How many times have he said what he truly feels and how he wants this K-pop career, how much he loves and wants to be with the members, how he respects them as fellow artists, the countless praises and love he has for his team members... all for his "fans" to dictate him on what he should feel, saying that it's not true when it's JL who said it, gaslighting him, calling his words as "damage control" how dare you honestly that you can't let JL have this day to celebrate their comeback and all the hard work he did. How dare you to ruin his dreams and hate on the people he loves. I don't want JL to feel burdened and have to explain himself because his own words are being continuously misconstrued to fit your hateful narratives.
