They lack perspective because they refuse to argue, listen, or entertain reason.

Instead, they drift through life, mistaking their own untested opinions for absolute truth.

But truth requires inquiry.

To truly understand what is and what is not, you must cultivate a mind that is entirely silent—free of distraction, open to opposing opinions, and be willing to compare perspectives.

at some point, you'll question everything you've ever known, and it will seem strange at first, then it becomes your default state of reasoning because certain things don't make sense anymore.

Signs you are working hard in the wrong direction:
You are busy every day but your income is the same
You feel stuck despite genuine effort
You cannot explain what you are building toward
Hard work is a tool. Without a target, it is just noise.

Your parents told you to get a good job.
Your school told you to pass your exams.
Nobody told you how money actually works.
Nobody told you how to build something that lasts.
So you followed the instructions perfectly and still ended up stuck.
The instructions were wrong.

What nobody tells young Nigerians:
The system rewards direction, not just effort
Most career advice is 20 years outdated
Your network determines your net worth more than your degree
Money follows value, not time spent
You can work your way into poverty if you pick the wrong path.

If you want to stop spinning in circles:
Get clear on what outcome you actually want
Find someone already living that outcome
Study what they did, not what they say
Cut every activity that does not move you there
Work hard inside the right direction
Most people skip step one.

The problem is not that Nigerians don't work hard.
We wake up early. We hustle through traffic. We grind until midnight.
The problem is that most of us are running full speed in the wrong direction.
Hard work without direction is just expensive suffering.

The reality about writing is that even if you don't always use proper grammar, your message is still understood, read, and deciphered to determine its authenticity and the knowledge it conveys. However, few people write, few read, and few care to be understood.
