@antigravity@GoogleAIStudio But eventually, the most efficient and lossless path from idea to artifact is to design/build directly on the platform using its native tools directly? Why should you design on a separate platform and then pass your specs to another tool to code it up? It should all be in one
As a designer, I think my job is to draw rectangles. But as a problem solver my goal is to just build highest fidelity solution artifact so I can validate whether it works or not.
@antigravity@GoogleAIStudio Perhaps that's what figma, or a part of it ends up transitioning towards - a niche product that is for people who just want to create for the sake of creating, whether it's interface mocks, graphic designs or whatever else. Because we still need an interface for that.
I get all the good ideas while scrolling twitter. Time to make it a notepad. Also time to start prototyping to make an offline prototype that works just locally.
I had a blast joining @OfficialLoganK on the Release Notes podcast to talk about whatโs new in the Android ecosystem. So many great things have come out of our collaboration with @GoogleDeepMind, from bringing Gemini to all of our devices to helping developers build amazing experiences on Android with AI Studio. And thereโs so much more to come with Gemini Intelligence rolling out later this summer.
We even drove around the Google campus to show how Gemini can help you in the newest car with Google built-in, the Volvo EX60.
Huge thanks to Logan and team for having me on the show! Check out the full episode here: https://t.co/GHRnPYKnOr
