How to actually get lean without tracking a single calorie:

- Walk 10 mins after meals, muscles soak up the glucose instead of it parking as fat. Cheapest insulin hack there is

- Seed oils out completely, they wreck how your cells use energy, you stay puffy no matter how clean you eat. That alone changed how I look and perform

- Pro metabolic fuel keeps your thyroid firing and your metabolism actually runs hot

- Greasing the groove all day. 10 pushups here, a few pullups there every time I walk past the bar. Adds up to serious work, no workout needed.

- Coffee 30 mins before training. Free pre-workout, more strength, and it nudges fat into the fire

- Get strong as possible on a few big lifts. 3x a week, leave the rest alone. More muscle means more places to put your food, so it burns instead of stores
