Last night I had a dream that I won an award in work for "weirdest name" and everyone was like yeah wtf your name doesn't even make sense and I got so incredibly angry and tried to give everyone a lecture on the Irish language and how my name makes sense
Siobhan is pronounced exactly as it’s spelt in irish. There’s no disconnect between spelling and pronunciation, unless you force a different languages pronunciation on it.
I feel like the last 5-10 years didn't happen. Like they arent real time. I dont know how to explain it but they moved too fast to process like 1995 was 20 years ago not almost 30 u know?

Great news @thetimes Aoife IS pronounced *exactly* like it's spelt because of this crazy thing called OTHER LANGUAGES THAT AREN'T ENGLISH.
I dont think I could ever live in New York because I imagine I would be stopped on the street by a guy holding a camera in my face and asking me a question at least 50 times a day no???
