@CoqfighterUK must be the biggest catfish in London! A photo of the burger I ordered from the website compared with a photo of the burger I received. I know it’s not all about looks but this burger did not taste good either. Suuuch a waste of money #coqfighterfinsburypark
@virginmedia When I go to my friends house - who has @SkyUK broadband, my Netflix works absolutely fine. The issue is between @virginmedia and @NetflixUK. I am just trying to get to the bottom of why this is & how to fix it. Something none of your team seem to be willing to help me with!
@virginmedia so your new routers don’t have firmware that’s compatible with Netflix? How is this a thing? Sky don’t have this problem, BT don’t either. It is just you. Your customer service is terrible & no solution was offered other than ‘we’re working to fix this issue.’ Joke.
@virginmedia As I said in one of my last replies, we are not using a V6 box. We are using the app on Apple TV using Virgin WiFi. If the info that your technician gave me over the phone yesterday regarding the router is incorrect then your customer service team need re-educating.
@SkyUK If it was my house BELIEVE ME I would be with Sky! I’ve been with Sky before&your customer service was second to none @virginmedia could learn A LOT from you about how to help their customers. Judging from the forums about this, there are a lot of angry ppl switching providers.
@virginmedia The technician I spoke to yesterday established that it is an equipment issue - the router being the equipment that has the issue as the firmware is not compatible with @NetflixUK. This exchange has not helped me or resolved the issue whatsoever. When will the routers be updated?
So much of my life has been wasted today talking to @virginmedia and it’s still not fixed. No @NetflixUK for the foreseeable because the routers are ‘not compatible.’ Absolutely ridiculous #soangry
@virginmedia Ping: 10
Download: 179.95 (this was much higher yesterday when we tested it)
Upload: 20.70 All the speed tests are fine, I don’t think it’s the strength of the connection that’s the issue at all.
@virginmedia We don’t have a V6 box, we don’t have Virgin TV, just broadband. We are trying to watch Netflix via Apple TV and our laptops using the Virgin WiFi.
@virginmedia I can’t access Netflix, that’s the issue! Worked perfectly fine before we had the router changed, but now we have a new router, Netflix won’t even load. Someone in your customer service dept said that New routers do not have the correct firmware to load Netflix, is that correct?
