@revumajiosu @Garak71 @HellishHovnd It's not, but then it's also not what the other guy was talking about because he said 'Brake checking' which is specifically the sudden stopping/slowing down of your car with the intention of 'punishing' the tailgater. Stopping in an emergency would make the tailgater at fault.
