I'm a fluffy dog, getting used to life with one eye. I love squirrels and pigeons, but they don't seem to love me back. My main occupation is sleeping.

Having a break during my first walk of the day.

Today was not a good day. I'm just too hot. Too hot indoors. Too hot outdoors. I hope tomorrow is cooler.

It for even hotter now, about 29°C. I gave in and used the cooling mat. Good for a snooze and I do feel cooler.

@settlestories Well said. Balls are a but like wheels and I think they are over rated. But I'm happy to settle down for a story any time, especially if it features squirrels.

@Otis_labrador Ho hum. They keep pointing a wind blower at me but I'm not that keen. And they also try making me sit on this mat that is supposed to keep me cool. But I prefer the floor, by the door.

Early walk this morning. Another dog left this stick behind so I thought I'd play. Couldn't work out how to carry such a big stick though.

Apparently I've done something I shouldn't. Out for a walk and I ran around this field in the wood. A lot of people around, lying down. I saw a sandal on the ground (near someone, I suppose). It smelt nice, so I picked it up and ran around with it.

@DogsTrust I don't really like sitting or standing in water. They tried to put me in a paddling pool about a week ago. I tried it for about 2 minutes, but then I got out.

They keep hiding a part of my meals inside one of these chewy things. It's kind of fun but it also allows me down. I'm a fast eater! Is this a good idea or bad?
