@poetryduh That wasn't my experience, I had to be talked into putting an offer on our house and it's worked out pretty great... I was a mess through the whole process though, I feel for you guys 🤞 Worst case you find something that's not 'perfect' and you're looking again in a few years

@hikatie @poetryduh @foolishhSamurai Actually the duplexes should worry about it too, that tree is likely to start dropping branches soon and will eventually fall on our shiny new power pole. According to our arborist there's no saving it, hopefully they cut it down because I can't 💸💸💸

@poetryduh We had the nice VP giving us the sales pitch then, now they have all their approvals and get to do whatever they want. FWIW they did mention the trees being sick in some of the community meetings but I assumed from the beginning that trying to save the trees was all lip service.
