@MrdBatman @DrAseemMalhotra I agree, I’ve seen hundreds if not thousands doctors commending Aseem for speaking out. If they all got together and spoke up surely something would be done. I get they’re worried about being struck off but people are dying and it needs investigating now

@HalifaxBank How do I know if I’m registered for telephone banking? I did a transfer between two of my accounts yesterday by the automated service, does that mean I am? The international payment HAS to be done tomorrow, it’s a legal court payment that I make each month, it has to be done

@HalifaxBank The menu is the same I got when I rang at 7 and I got through to advisor saying the international payments dept closed at 5.15 and she said I can’t do an international payment without a security code. She said she could send me one in the post and I said no as I need the payment

When I spoke to an agent last week expressing how frustrating it was having to wait for a code she said all transactions can be done via telephone banking. It is imperative that the international payment is done no later than tomorrow. Please advise urgently this can be done
