Okay okay, to give a genuine update, Bardock is close to completion and is set to release in April, but we will not be cropping or ruining the visuals in any way.

Update: Saiyan City is nearing completion. During these late stages we’ve decided that the visuals must conform to Crunchyroll’s video standards for Dragon Ball Z and converted it to 16:9 with bolder colors and no more pesky grain! Truly how it was meant to be seen

Like ultimately it’s whatever. You’re allowed to use whatever names and prefer whatever dub you want but also like it’s weird to get so defensive about someone using Tenshinhan or Kuririn or Kame-Sennin when even the English translation of the manga uses them too.

When DBZ English dub fans try to make fun of others for using the original Japanese character and attack names they also end up inevitably proving that they didn’t read the original manga, considering how the Viz English translation uses almost all of the original Japanese names
