@Gunnersbury1 the residents line for noise complaints is not working again. People wait on it “you are now 3rd inline” and when it gets to you being next it cuts the line. Bass booming from Hanger Lane to W45 are beyond. Including the agreed frequencies you were to remove.

@ThreeUK hi. Lost my phone. Called 03333381001 and went through the procedure, but at the end it forwards to a "justrewards helpline" and quits. Tried a few times today. Any advice?
@ThreeUKSupport In case you are not familiar: this is the only out of hours way to try to protect your account. It says it is going to freeze the account, and asks for security confirmation in order to to that and then says it has done it, before then saying it will forward you to an ...
@ThreeUKSupport More worrying: I've now got into a nice support person. They tell me the account was not locked. So even doing that process with the security check etc didn't seem to actually do anything. Needs to be super efficient and reliable to protect your account/SIM imho.
@ThreeUKSupport Press 1 etc, ending in "other" then 5 to block the account. It asks for a security check incl. The digits from your postcode, all done...voice says now in to transfer to order new SIM and goes to this justrewards thing. I suspect it's your out of hours call routing going awry
@LBofHounslow@Gunnersbury1@EalingCouncil turn the bass down. Attendees won't notice, but your borough residents might get some respite. No, it's not the event organiser's responsibility, it's yours. Every event has the same issues, the unifying theme here is you. I'm 2km away.
@ChiswickW4 "people complained from a really wide area, but our data says all was fine" is really just evidence that something is going wrong. Admit it, learn, set new standards, measure, enforce, and you'll stop loosing community support. Tldr: take responsibility and act during events
