No one cares where you went to college if you have a great track record and treat people nicely.
When financial freedom is what you are after, there is no better way to get there than with real estate.
That said, there's no one way to invest in RE. You need to find an approach that works for you and stick with it. Learn everything you possibly can, it compounds over time.
