For me, plastique was the only queen who didn’t receive a badge as a gift and earned every single badge she got. Her runways were unmatched, her comedy was killer, she killed the challenges (robbed of a few wins IMO), and overall growth was the best. 9/12

At the end of the day, only Ru knows why the cards fell the way they did, but something does seem a bit off about the finale. As I mentioned, I am not mad Angie won. All of this to say: I feel like Plastique was let down after having one of the best runs on any season. 12/12

All that aside, in terms of the whole season, I truly feel like Plastique was robbed of a top three spot, although this could’ve been a top 5 because of how good these queens did this season. 8/12

Seeing as though it’s been a few days since the crowning of AS9, I finally feel like sharing some thoughts. Let me start by saying: Angeria truly gave me good tv this season. I was very happy to see her in the top 3, and I am not at all upset by her getting the crown. 1/12

Secretly (or not) these queens still wanted that crown and title. They wanted redemption stories. They wanted a chance to show more than what they got to on their seasons. They wanted to show growth. They wanted this just as badly as winning for charity. 7/12

AS9 was for charity and to give each of them a chance to come back and compete for a cause that’s dear to them is reason enough to have a non-elimination season. Where I disagree—we should save charity seasons for the All Winners. 6/12

AS7 was existing winners we were excited to see come back (and have fun) and “compete” as the best of the best, and it was a very entertaining season! Had we wished to see our fav queen as a top 3? Sure, but ultimately they all did very well and each already have a crown. 5/12

We have seen the badges in AS7 in a similar format, and we saw Shea get her cookies and making it to the top 3 after falling behind, so we all knew that it could really truly be anyone’s race for the finale. The thing that holds different for me this time around: 4/12

I was most excited to see Plastique and Vanjie, I was intrigued by what Nina and Shannel would bring to AS, and I was curious to see Roxxxy’s strategy this time around. I am a Gottmik stan, and was excited to see her, but again, not much time has passed for me personally 3/12
