@united is a joke. Sorry our 9 hour delay caused to lose out on $1200, "Best I can do is $150 credit." Customer service takes over 24 hours to reply. Gate agents are rude and unprofessional. boarded a plane that had potential instrumentational failure. Luckily they caught it.
@united I was expecting better customer service from a company that I pretty much trust my life with when it comes to traveling but obviously not with my money
@united so it's pretty much sorry but not sorry. Do better next time? That's wild there's no accountability on their part. I did my part by paying and coming on time and being respectful but this is a slap to the face as a consumer.
@united Was this suppose to be the resolution? Because I still don't see any accountability on United & more of a big 🖕 to me as the consumer. Nor was I offered an alternative to get where I needed to go within reasonable time. The 9-hour delay was not my fault, and United says oh well
@united When should I be expecting to receive a response with a resolution. I've missed out on experiences that I personally don't come across too often because of my financial hardship. I literally had to save up for month for this trip. And it's bs that my flight got pushed 9 hours
@united First it was a delay waiting for the plane then it was the delay for a repair. Then the delay around 1:30 to 7:00 was the crew ran out of hours to work per FFA regulations. Then we boarded the plane at 6:30 only for them to tell us that the repair was not tested
