@FizzySoda_ Also, the fact that her friends have come out and said/there’s evidence in her vlog that she didn’t have an “over 21” wristband is crazy. Like why even say that? I think this “apology” is super scummy.
Because of the bravery of one victim, many came forward. It’s genuinely not that they’re piggybacking for fame, it’s that they finally feel brave enough to share because another woman has had the bravery. It only takes one to start it. I hope victims continue to feel brave enough
For anyone saying that Caiti is just doing this to gain popularity since Shelby came out about her situation, I’d like to remind you about the Me Too movement. Some of you genuinely might be too young to remember, but it allowed to victims to share their stories.
Here’s the thing too: You don’t know these people. “I believe George” “I believe Wilbur” “I believe Punz”. You don’t know them. We have learned by now that who we see online is not always who someone is. You can’t judge their character from you see portrayed online.
Before people jump to side with George, I just want to ask this: How would you feel if it was you and nobody believed you? Just think about it. I’m not attacking anyone, just bringing up some other points.
@chefzkizz That’s true and I’ll say I’ve never really watched her content either, but considering this took place after an after party, she vlogged the after parties and never had on one. So I’m just confused. I’m just trying to get all the facts, you know?
@chefzkizz I mean this respectfully and am just offering up evidence. In Caiti’s vlog, she never had an over 21 wristband. I literally just watched it entirely. And I do believe George said one of them had it, not Caiti specifically. But please let me know if that’s wrong.
So, this is a totally unbiased presentation of evidence for you to take how you would like. The first pic is evidence George showed that was the “Over 21” bracelet. The next are screenshots from Caiti’s vlog of the days this most likely occurred. I see no wristband.
This is my final tweet before bed (hopefully). I’ve seen people talking about Punz’ response and well written and genuine it is. The thing is, though, it’s not your apology to accept. It’s Andi’s. Take it at face value, because you don’t know Punz past the internet.
Again, I mean this completely respectfully. It really is not healthy. And again, I’ve been you. I get it. Please learn to find happiness outside of the internet. It’s okay to fun on the internet but it shouldn’t consume your life. I hope people can have a happy and healthy 2024.
I’m saying this as someone who has been a stan of creators and celebrities before: maybe this year, some people should experience getting off the internet. It’s totally fine to watch someone’s content if it makes you happy, but if your wellbeing depends on them, that’s not okay.
Any sane minded person can see that a creator would not lie for attention knowing that it won’t last or you may always be associated with it. So, why do you think Caiti would lie to become more relevant? Exactly, she wouldn’t. Support Victims.
Just because I know what the internet is like: I WAS a fan of Georgenotfound, Dream, Punz, Wilbur Soot, and so many other creators alike. Let’s make it clear that I’m not and I stopped the minute the allegations came out. It’s not hard to stop supporting terrible people.
Being friends with someone does not mean they should have your unconditional support. If your friend is a little toxic, okay sure, you don’t have to drop them. Like maybe reevaluate, but whatever. BUT if they literally sexually assault someone, speak out against it.
…to stick with him is supporting him. A truly good person would have dropped him and given automatic support to the victims. The fact that Dream was so quit to support Shelby but not Caiti is insane. For clarification, Shelby absolutely deserves the support. Don’t twist my words
Some fans have literally lost touch with reality. Just because you love someone doesn’t mean they’re good. And to be so parasocially involved with a creator is so unhealthy. Please genuinely seek therapy. Support Shelby. Support Caiti. Support Alice. Support Andi. Support Victims
You should always believe victims first. The fact that being a fan of a mediocre man (or person) is a bigger priority to you than supporting victims means you should reevaluate your life. Get off of the internet.
