BIL selected as FAA Airport Terminal Program (ATP) fund recipient. The FAA announced award of funds from the ATP fund to BIL. This $3.5 million grant will be used for the terminal ticketing/baggage area remodel project. The ATP funds will cover approximately 20% of the cost.

On Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) staff at BIL will be conducting a routine training exercise that will produce visible smoke at the Airport campus. This is a planned, FAA mandated, controlled exercise.
