Indiana’s FOIA. Every contract. Every transfer. Every consultant. Every no-bid favor. The federal storm money is coming. We intend to follow every dollar.

Trump already approved the major disaster declaration. Families lost homes. Counties got hammered. The aid is real.

So is the record.

When Indiana took federal help to finish I-69, Mike Pence handed $325 million to Isolux Corsán — a Spanish firm whose executives were arrested back home for bribery and embezzlement weeks later. Catalonia’s 3% kickback racket. Red flags everywhere. Indianapolis never hit the brakes.

Eric Holcomb inherited the corruption and kept it funded with your tax money. The deal collapsed. Costs exploded. Hoosiers paid. We exposed that swindle earlier this year. Legacy media yawned. The FBI field office sat on the ethics complaints and the foreign ties and did nothing.

That’s not infrastructure. That’s a highway to hell built with your taxes and shipped overseas.

Now Braun’s office just wrote a $625,000 check to former Sen. Andy Zay to make a firing lawsuit and state secrets vanish. Nearly half a million framed as “wages through 2030.” Another $140k for the lawyers. No admission. No sunlight. Just a quiet payoff so everyone can “move forward.”

If they’ll spend that kind of money to buy silence after a personnel fight, they will not suddenly grow a conscience when FEMA cash hits the state accounts.

Reagan was right: government is not the solution. Government is the problem when it treats other people’s money like a private account. Trust, but verify.

Indiana First means the aid rebuilds Indiana — not another friends-and-family network, not another foreign contractor, not another settlement to keep the books closed.

We are not asking permission. We are filing.

WOW 🚨 The nonprofit who owns the billing codes used by our medical system and gets paid $300 million per year in royalties ALSO SETS THE PRICE OF MEDICAL SERVICES for those codes

American surgeon “It feels ridiculous because we as healthcare providers have to use those codes according to state and federal government, and the AMA created them, copyrighted them, and charges us, the people that they're representing, to use them.

So let's go one step further.

The CPT code system is meant to be this five-digit code that is a universal language for documenting and reporting for all the things that we do in healthcare back to insurance companies, right and ultimately, that affects reimbursement.

But here's a wrinkle that you might not have known.

The AMA also actually makes a recommendation to the government about a value that's assigned to the CPT codes that they own. That's right. They own the system. They're making money off of that, and then they're also recommending back to CMS and ultimately to insurance companies how much doctors and providers are paid for those codes.

That is quite a lot of power for one organization to hold over the money that's exchanged in this healthcare system.

So they're making that three hundred million dollars a year licensing it, but then they're also influencing what I get paid for everything that I do. Interesting…..”

- US government made using these codes mandatory
- A nonprofit who donates millions to politicians on both sides was able to keep the copyright
- That group collects hundreds of millions a year from the people required to use it
- The same group runs the committee that recommends the dollar values attached to those codes

The people who could change this, our politicians, are being paid off not to change it

Well, well, well. Isn’t this something.

Less than three weeks ago, Sid Mahant made a whole post lecturing everyone about how we shouldn’t judge truck drivers based on accidents and how nationality has nothing to do with skill or experience.

Then yesterday, one of his own drivers flipped a semi truck.

The irony is doing 80 in a 45.

Maybe before climbing onto the moral high horse and lecturing everyone about trucking accidents, make sure your own trucks can stay upright.
