@support_ramp #17839- said refund issued on 1st Apr, provided latest bank statement to show no fund received, been told to wait for 3-10 working days ( UK bank). would have to keep chasing if no sign of money by Friday defo get the solicitor involved ! what a rubbish company!

@support_ramp Tickets raised -Blake came back to me on 30th said would pass on my query to Finance team to validate no update since then ! check#17839 made the most progress
Tickets raised so far 20.03.24- #15814. 21.03.24-#15818,26.03.24-#17129 then rest #16108, #16337 #16360 ,#16870,#19019

@support_ramp Raised handful tickets since 20th March regarding about a transaction fell through hence expecting a refund! Can anyone from the customer service team to sort this out !
