@support_ramp #17839- said refund issued on 1st Apr, provided latest bank statement to show no fund received, been told to wait for 3-10 working days ( UK bank). would have to keep chasing if no sign of money by Friday defo get the solicitor involved ! what a rubbish company!

@support_ramp Raised handful tickets since 20th March regarding about a transaction fell through hence expecting a refund! Can anyone from the customer service team to sort this out !
