@ChristianEedes @emilejoubert I like this. And don't worry about fleeting interest. An icon allows the conversation to be initiated (with consumers, your staff etc). It's all about education after all, and nailing your colours to the mast.

@ChristianEedes @emilejoubert Really good idea. I was horrified when I first learned of this practice. Diners need to be aware of this. Restaurants should stop this or be named & shamed. Many Cape wines are world class but there is lots of ‘other stuff’ that shouldn’t be pawned off on unsuspecting guests.

@stelzner_robert @giantperiwinkle Robert, daar is 6 bottels oor. Wanneer ek weer Kaap toe kom sal ek dit by die Wine Cellar gaan haal. Dan kan ons sommer 'n vertical tasting doen van 2014 tot 2017 en 'n paar vriende nooi wat die wyn sal geniet en waardeer.
