Excellent News
Following massive public pressure, Network Rail is reviewing its decision to seal swift nesting holes at Chapel Milton viaduct. Over 12,800 people signed a petition, forcing a pause and creating a collaborative effort to install swift bricks and boxes to mitigate the loss.
Let’s hope that they follow it through!
#NetworkRail will you be cruel or be kind? It is so easy to be kind in this situation - you can unblock the homes that 6 swifts are currently flying thousands of miles back to. Please do email CEO Jeremy Westlake: [email protected]#SaveOurSwifts
