🌕 Coach Dan has prepared a special music themed workout for tomorrow at 8:15pm! Our full moon swim is tomorrow (Monday - July 3) night! At 8:15pm We will swim to music and have some Full Moon beer when we are done. (And moon pies)

Friday is inside and Saturday practices will start earlier 6:30-8 AM & 8-9:30 AM. Due to the smoggy/ash/particulate laden/smoke air the FCRC meet that was to take place this evening has been moved to Saturday am.

Apologies— With this we will cancel both Wednesday PM and Thursday am. 

You might ask- what if it’s still bad by Friday am? Tomorrow we will watch the weather and if it looks bad again, we will swim inside at FcHs Friday am 5:45-7. We cannot swim inside tomorrow unfortunately.

Mighty moraine man! Had a late start because of potential hypothermic temps but we got there! Wesly and Bree rice did the sprint and Phil Amsler, Katie Lascola and Dillon Jourde did the Olympic. Olympic times are still rolling in but it looks like phil came in 12th overall!
