@DrunkDividends@Wealthsimple Oh man, I’m a WS user and I love it but whenever I see this I just think….who cares. Just buy XEQT and relax. This is way beyond what 95% of Canadian investors need.
@danielfoch Ive always said real estate deals will one day be an app, a side for buyers to browse and contact sellers and a side for seller to upload photos and manage viewings. The app auto fills paperwork and boom you’re done.
@MarkMcGrathCFP@SparkingFIRENC I think of this all the time. Especially when I retire in 10 years. There is something nice about locking the door to an apartment and walking away to go on vacation. Or having mobility of moving without having to sell a house.
@67Dodge Further to my point Subaru is now 20% owned by Toyota, so is Mazda. So you will see more Toyota tech like hybrid systems etc shared with Subaru and Mazda.
@67Dodge As a former Subaru owner I say good choice. Still love the brand but they didn’t offer what I needed when I was shopping for a mid size truck so I bought a Honda Ridgeline.
@MarkMcGrathCFP As a rehabilitated dividend trader investor who has seen the light I know what you’re talking about. It took seeing my returns explode with XEQT to see that growth is king.
@DrunkDividends Is it easy to link your businesses to they net worth thing? I have accounts with a big bank so I’m assuming it could lead no with them.
