Those happy easy go fkers took more than 2.5 years to return it, online filing of consumer case is no use I tried, even sent 2 legal notices. At last we got the right contacts and got the refund. Heg customer care called and asked for bank acc details themselves!!

Spicejet deducted my money without rescheduling my flight. @flyspicejet never refunded on their own this amount. Avoid this airline like a plaque. It's a diseased airline.
