In a Facebook post titled 'Justice is Not Dead', lawyer Raymond Fortun shared screenshots where the cyclist [in the viral video] was allegedly coerced into signing an agreement with ex-cop identified as Wilfredo Gonzales. The person who took the video had also reportedly been scared into silence. Fortun is also filing several complaints for the revocation of Wilfredo Gonzales' driving and gun licenses so that "...the 8 August 2023 incident will not be repeated and that the citizenry would feel safer as they traverse our streets."
