#Avis and #Budget at Rome are a scam. Flight was delayed but let them know and confirmed it would still be there the next day. Arrive and told they cancelled it. Had to do a new rental at the counter at 3x original cost. They now admit they screwed up but refuse to make it right.

There are numerous reasons people don’t want everything they have ordered to pop up every time they go to their order history. Why can’t you understand that?
