I had an exhaust filter regen in nov 25! Car brand new in 24. told not under warranty! Paid!! Same warning light has come on. Been told need to pay again. I do mixed driving.spoke to Hyundai. Forum shows this is an issue with many owners with same issue! 😡

Hi I’ve been trying to get some answers. I seem to have 2 accounts. One for my https://t.co/qts7edbcg5 account and one for virgin media. If I try access from VM it says I have no email account. The issue is what to change password but says I can’t as issue ?

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for IT to contact me as been told my https://t.co/qts7edbcg5 does not exsist and am registered with NTL email. Never have had ntl . . Only stayed with you to keep my virgin email.
now getting text to say my email no longer exsists

@virginmedia I was told someone would call me in 5 days. I asked in the forum and said ticket was still there and not actioned. I spent hour last time on phone plus as was calling about my wifi and then told I did not have virgin email. Also issued with one booster but told I need!!

@virginmedia @Linderish This is just ridiculous. Service is awful. No emails have ever reappeared and now unable to get todays emails. I hope virgin and going to compensate us.
