@CoachDistance Yeah I just had two high schoolers just run 1:53 and 1:55 (they can be a little quicker for sure) and I have say, everyone is different. The short stuff do help but you can’t ignore the fact that they must have the ability to carry the speed no matter how quick the legs are.
