Your website says new orders will be delivered by 14th. I'm now expecting it to not even ship until 6 weeks after purchase?? Can you explain?

Question: is it OK for an EA to specify closing time/date for bids on a house, then once you're the top bidder, move that date, and then close it and not allow other bids once yours is topped "in the interest of fairness"?
