Yeah, I think @elonmusk is a hero and national treasure, but not sure he’ll help here. He is all about preserving and expanding consciousness and free thought. As a family law attorney who has represented numerous victims of domestic violence, I have been deeply troubled by the circulating “sworn statement” from Cynthia West alleging emotional abuse by Congressman Thomas Massie.

After listening to the statement twice, I was struck by the complete absence of any specific, verifiable allegations. There were no claims of physical abuse, no harassing communications, no documented threats, and no evidence of any kind—only vague assertions without supporting facts.

Out of professional duty, I examined the available record. Ms. West has a documented history of making false abuse allegations. Notably, during the very period she claims to have been involved with Congressman Massie, she filed sworn accusations of emotional and physical abuse against the father of her children. On October 1, 2024, she swore under oath in an affidavit to these claims. However, after the court reviewed all the evidence, the allegations were dismissed in full.

I have sat with real victims—both men and women—who have endured genuine domestic violence and harassment. I have fought alongside them for protection and justice. It is precisely because of that experience that I find it so damaging when someone makes false accusations. It undermines the credibility of legitimate victims and erodes public trust in the system.

Congressman Massie has earned my trust over many years—to the point that I would entrust him with my own children. These latest allegations appear to be nothing more than a desperate attempt to interfere in an election against a principled public servant who has consistently worked to protect women and families from real abuse and exploitation.

False claims like these do real harm—not just to the accused, but to every legitimate victim seeking justice.

Why do I revisit 'old history' about SpyGate when 'nothing is ever going to happen'?

Why do I repeatedly say that Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein, Bob Mueller and Bill Barr weren't really doing what the cover stories told you they were doing?

Why do I keep bringing up that GRAND JURY that spied on some of THE most POWERFUL and CONNECTED people in our US government for 3 1/2 **without** any of them ever learning they were targets of a national security investigation?

Why do I keep pointing out that we're in YEAR EIGHT of the name of the prosecutor leading that grand jury not leaking and STILL remaining the most closely guarded national security secret in a town where just about EVERY OTHER FREAKING THING LEAKS INSTANTLY?

I'll tell you why.

Because I know I'm right.

And I spent 5+ years with people telling me I'm either an idiot, a grifting sellout, or both.

I put in the HOURS reading the documents and the court filings.

And my super power is waiting to be right.

Kash and Bongino don't have to START investigations into all this treason.

That's already been done. They're coming in now for the PROSECUTION phase.

Schiff knows this even if many in our own movement cant' quite bring themselves to believe it at this point.
