Yes.

Inter's goal the goal was disallowed for "offside" although Cubarsi's knee kept Mkhitaryan onside. UEFA(lona) will tweak the semi-automatic offside graphics later to make it look legit. Goal would've given Inter the lead in the 70th minute. Of course it goes Barca's way.
